I would like to know if it’s acceptable to send a flower arrangement to the home of the bereaved before the funeral is held.
Yes, it is acceptable to send an arrangement to the home prior to the funeral. Just be aware that if it needs to be signed for, that the family may not be there at the time of delivery. The days prior to a funeral service are often very hectic for the family and they will be in and out of the home trying to handle matters that require immediate attention.
