Burial financial help

My brother died in prison on 11/02/20. My family does not want anything to do with his remains. Michigan Department of Corrections is paying for his cremation. I need help with purchasing a cemetery plot tomb stone and burial but don’t know where to go apply for assistance. Any help on where to go for assistance would be helpful.
